Lead Times

Every CopperSmith lantern is handcrafted to order by skilled artisans. Typical lead times are 4 to 6 weeks from order placement to shipment. Custom configurations or high-demand periods may require additional time. We will notify you of any delays and provide tracking information once your order ships.

Free Shipping

All orders over $500 qualify for free shipping within the continental United States. Orders under $500 are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

Shipping Methods

Lanterns are carefully packaged in custom crating to ensure safe delivery. Depending on size and weight, orders ship via UPS Ground or LTL freight carrier. Freight shipments require a signature at delivery. We strongly recommend inspecting the packaging before signing the delivery receipt.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. If you have questions about your order status, contact us at (866) 905-4448.

Returns & Exchanges

To initiate a return, you must first obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number by contacting our team. Do not ship any products back until you receive written authorization and return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Products must be in original condition and packaging. Restocking fees may apply.

Damaged Shipments

Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging or product, document it with photos before signing the delivery receipt. Contact us within 48 hours at (866) 905-4448 or customerservice@frenchmarketlanterns.com. Do not discard the packaging — it may be needed for the freight claim process. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost for verified shipping damage.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship to the continental United States. For international orders or shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories, please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote.
